Activities
Participants wear a harness as they descend steep vertical drops with ropes, all the while learning to conquer their fear of heights in a safe, controlled environment.
A great inclusive activity where participants can try a range of wheelchair sports like basketball or frisbee, or a variety of adaptive sports like goal ball.
Participants learn the art of using a bow and target arrows, all in a safe environment.
A new and fun dodgeball style strategy-based game. players aim to score points a variety of ways using soft tipped arrows.
Enjoy a trip to the local beach and take in the amazing scenery. Participants can explore the waterways and enjoy the best that nature has to offer while enjoying a few games on the sand.
Participants learn about bike safety whilst exploring exciting tracks / courses around the centre.
Discover the native flora and fauna, as well as the local history, while everyone walks through the natural environment of the Centre.
Using single blade paddles, participants paddle in 2 or 3 seated canoes around the local waterways.
A great teamwork activity where groups build and light a campfire and cook some authentic damper.
Our catering team will provide the fresh, nutritious ingredients and it’s up to you to make the feast for everyone to enjoy.
A series of tailored challenges set to teams or individuals to successfully work through.
Participants use double-bladed paddles to manoeuvre and control their single or 2 seated craft as they traverse the waterways.
This sharpens participants’ navigation skills as they explore outdoor terrain and enjoy the magic of outdoor life using maps and landmarks to get around.
Participants work together to build a chariot out of timber, ropes, nuts, bolts, wheels, etc. Teams can earn extra equipment by completing bonus challenges before racing their chariots.
Working as a team, participants will use different skills to solve a range of different puzzles. This is a great activity for participants to increase their social skills.
A water-based team activity where participants are given equipment to build a raft
Participants are taught about the basics of sailing including rigging and learning to understand the weather.
A fun filled session teaching participants how to sue and ride scooters safely, safe travel and a range of games
Participants stand up on a large board and use a paddle to move through the water.
Participants race around the centre to complete a variety of physical, mental and social challenges.
An activity providing an opportunity for participants to learn about, appreciate and experience aspects of Indigenous games, sports and culture.
Accommodation
Our catered dormitory-style lodge accommodation comes in a variety of configurations that sleep four to ten people with ensuites. Larger lodges have a common room. Guests can use the laundry facilities but need to bring their own detergent.
Linen can be provided on request at an additional cost.
