The Office of Sport, on advice from the Rural Fire Service, has closed the Jindabyne Sport and Recreation Centre due to the bushfire emergency.
The Jindabyne team will not be accepting guest bookings as the Centre is prioritizing accommodation for emergency services staff. The site will re-open to guests including public access areas from 9 January, weather permitting.
The Berry Sport and Recreation Centre
The bushfire situation in the Illawarra Shoalhaven region remains dynamic. The Berry Sport and Recreation team are in daily contact with the Rural Fire Service regarding site closure. The Centre is currently open with no guests on site, however vacancies have been made available to support emergency services staff.
The Berry team are in contact with upcoming guests to ensure they have the appropriate information regarding the bushfire implications to their bookings.
