- Duke of Ed User registration presents the highest workload. Consider the best time to open registrations based on your Duke of Ed Centre’s calendar
- Implement your Planning and Promotion strategies accordingly
- Talk to us about online payments to speed up the registration process
- Draw on additional resources to help during the registration time
- Establish a list of approved Assessors to speed up Activity approvals
- Use available administration resources to encourage the prospective Duke of Ed Users to plan their Duke of Ed
- Advise Duke of Ed Users of available support options – lunchtime drop-in meetings, allocated elective time, emails, other
- Develop templates to support any standardised approach the Duke of Ed Centre wishes to take
- Use Gold or Silver Level Users to act as Duke of Ed Assistants (link to resource)
- Use the ORB to monitor and manage progress through to sign-off approval
