If we all stand by these values, sport will be a great place for everyone. This is how we want sport to be in NSW – this is #realsportNSW.

Show respect

Follow the rules and treat other well.

  • Respect everyone involved in sport – coaches, officials, volunteers, opponents

  • Be thankful and appreciative
  • Lose or win with grace

Be safe

Ensure your teammates are safe on and off the field

  • Be proactive 
  • Be safe on and off the field
  • Safety is physical and emotional
  • Look out for the wellbeing of others
  • No unsafe practises
  • Safety for all – participants, volunteers, spectators and supporters
