Penrith Lakes parkrun

Parkrun Penrith Lakes

Penrith Lakes Parkrun is a free weekly 5km timed run that takes place in pleasant parkland surroundings at the Sydney International Regatta Centre. The course has been accurately measured with a professional measuring wheel. We encourage people of every ability to take part; from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians; from juniors to those with more experience; all are welcome.

Some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain. Dependent on availability, marshals will be at key sections of the course, or signs will be in place.

The course for this day is currently scheduled as Cross Country Track (Subject to change).

What does it cost?
Nothing - it's free! but please register before your first run. Only ever register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a printed copy of your barcode. If you forget it, you won't get a time.

NoteThere is a rowing regatta held at the venue today. SIRC traffic controllers will be in place at Gate A. Please stop your vehicle and show your Parkrun barcode to gain entry and follow all instructions of the traffic staff.
