The ICC World T20 – the “World Cup” of T20 cricket – is coming to Australia in 2020 for the first time.
The eyes of the world will be on Australia as the 10 best women’s teams and 16 best men’s teams, comprising the global superstars of the game, compete to be crowned world champions.
The NSW Government has been successful in securing 14 matches for Sydney – more than any other Host City.
Fixtures will be announced and tickets will go on sale in 2019 following the cut-off dates for qualification in 2018.
Ticket prices are to be confirmed but the aim is to make sure matches are as accessible as possible to as wide an audience as possible.
