An improved Combat Sports Authority registration system is being developed.
The system will replace the current Ringside Online system and will be introduced in a number of phases with each phase incorporating additional enhancements and capabilities.
All registered users including combatants, industry participants and promoters with details held in the current version of Ringside Online will be migrated to the new system prior to it going live.
In preparation for the launch, the NSW Office of Sport will contact all registered persons that have more than one account in the current Ringside Online system to confirm the details required to merge accounts in the new system.
Details on the new registration system and information on how to access your new account will be provided closer to the launch date.
Additional functionality added to new registration system
Improved functionality has been added to the new Combat Sports Authority registration system which will replace the current Ringside Online system.
The improved functionality, which was originally scheduled for future releases of the system, has been added to the go-live version of the system.
To accommodate the inclusion of the improved functionality in the go-live version, the system will now be launched at a later date. Further information will be circulated when the go-live date is confirmed.
You are reminded that you must keep your registration details in Ringside Online up to date. Please contact the Office of Sport Regulation unit on 13 13 02 or firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to update your details before the new system is introduced. Please include your name, address and contact details.
Please Note: The Ringside Online system will be shutdown to allow time for the migration of records to the new registration system.
Combatants that are required to provide updated certificates of fitness and serological clearances during the shutdown period are requested to upload the documents before the shutdown period commences.
During the shutdown period people will not be able to apply for registration classes or upload certificates of fitness and serological clearances online. A temporary process will be in place during this time and furhter informaiton will be circulated when the shutdown period is confirmed.
